Notice of PURPA Hearing

Union Electric Membership Corporation will receive written member and public comments to facilitate the consideration and determination of appropriate standards on the following matters:

• Demand-response practices, pursuant to 16 U.S.C. § 2621(d)(20).
• Electric vehicle charging programs, pursuant to 16 U.S.C. § 2621(d)(21).

Comments will be accepted via US mail, other delivery, and through email at PURPAComments@union-power.com, from March 1, 2023, through March 31, 2023.

The Board of Directors of Union Power will consider the comments starting on August 12, 2023, and will issue the Cooperative’s written determination on or before November 15, 2023.
